We work with all types of people from teens to seniors. But, we are the only gym in Greenville that truly understands fitness after 40. We even have clients in their 60s-80s who have set State Weightlifting and National Weightlifting records.
We understand that change is tough. Our goal is to simplify the process, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle, because if you can practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Theresa's popular sessions have covered an array of disciplines, including Mixed Martial Arts (Muay Thai and Jeet Kun Do), Indoor Cycling, Body Sculpt, HIIT, and Core Fusion, showcasing her adaptability and deep understanding of physical wellness. She is renowned for crafting personalized fitness plans that not only meet but surpass her clients' goals, emphasizing the importance of a balanced, healthy lifestyle in every session. As a proud resident of Greenville, Theresa is deeply committed to the community, regularly participating in local fitness initiatives and events. With a degree in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach, and a M.A. in Information Systems Management with an emphasis in IT Security from Keller Graduate School of Management, Theresa brings unparalleled organizational skills and a strategic approach to program development. Her academic background fuels her innovative use of technology in fitness, making every training session efficient and engaging.
Theresa's life outside the gym is just as active and fulfilling. She is a loving wife and mother to her daughter, Anabelle, and two fur babies, Koda and Dash. Her passions include traveling, experimenting with healthy recipes, practicing yoga, and engaging in outdoor activities—all of which inform her unique fitness philosophy.
